The following information on our comprehensive reprographic services, costs and procedures, provides general guidance. If you need further information, please discuss your requirement with us.

1. Applying for copies

Copies are made at our discretion, and will be supplied in the form of a microform printout wherever possible.  If the material you require is not on microfilm/fiche, we can supply a photocopy (if items are suitable for photocopying), or we may be able to offer a digital image. We will advise you if we are unable to process your order, or to fulfill some element(s) of it.

Orders will usually be completed within 15 working days. Large orders or those of a more complex nature may take longer.

To submit a request please return a signed and completed Order Form either as a scanned email attachment, by fax or by post.
